John Remsen, Jr. is widely recognized as one of the country’s leading authorities on law firm leadership, management, marketing and business development. Since 1997, TheRemsenGroup has worked with more than 450 law firms to help them develop and implement long-term strategic objectives to improve cohesiveness, performance and profitability. In 2002, Remsen created The Managing Partner Forum, a highly acclaimed conference series for law firm leaders. In 2013, he was inducted a Fellow in the College of Law Practice Management.

Remsen is a frequent speaker and author on law-firm leadership and marketing topics. He has spoken at national and regional conferences of the American Bar Association, Legal Marketing Association,  Association of Legal Administrators and numerous state and local bar associations. His articles have appeared in dozens of highly respected legal publications, including the ABA Journal, Law Practice Management, Law Practice Today, Law360, Legal Management, Marketing for Lawyers, Marketing the Law Firm, Managing Partner, National Law Review and New York Law Journal.

Justin McCallon is the founder and CEO of CallidusAI, a state-of-the-art artificial intelligence (AI) software company dedicated to enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of legal professionals. With a unique blend of expertise as a technologist, operations leader and lawyer, McCallon is committed to driving innovation in the legal industry.

A graduate of Emory Law, McCallon began his legal career practicing mergers and aquisitions and commercial restructuring. Following a stint at McKinsey, he led legal transformation at AT&T, focusing on optimizations across people, processes and technology, generating nine figures of annual impact. His passion for technology and innovation led him to thereafter run a data science organization at DIRECTV, where he spearheaded the launch of the company's first generative AI product.
